Position Description
The HR Shared Services Supervisor is responsible for the support and maintenance of various HR systems and processes with an emphasis on Paradox (ATS) and Workday (HCM) across all Flynn brands. This role will analyze KPIs for day-to-day support and provide guidance and support to the HR Teams. This role will work IT and HR end-users to understand business needs to support business requirements.
Essential responsibilities include:
- Acts as the key point of contact on assigned projects, performs a variety of highly skilled duties such as: Managing deadlines, coordinating responsibilities, and monitoring/summarizing progress of projects for leadership.
- Facilitates and troubleshoots with the HR Technology Manager, problems associated with Workday HCM, Paradox ATS, and other HR Platforms.
- Manages the integrity of Workday (HCM) and other HR applications at an enterprise level.
- Collaborates with leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing HR systems and processes.
- Assists in the planning and organizing of future projects.
- Serves as a key representative and liaison between HR, HR Tech, and other stakeholders for HR
- Supervises the HR Shared Services Coordinator(s) to ensure business needs are met and tickets/issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Supports the acquisition process.
- Partners with HR Technology leadership in the creation and tracking of KPI’s to drive Premier Operations Support.
